PASO 1 CURRICULUM VITAE
Para obtener una visa de trabajo los requisitos varian según el tipo de habilidades,
tomando en cuenta esto debes crear un currículum vitae muy atractivo, describe todas tus
habilidades, experiencia, educación y datos para ser contactado, es importante que tu CV
lo traduzcas al ingles esto puedes hacerlo en el traductor de google.
Tip: cuida tu imagen en redes sociales.
PASO 2 CARTA DE PRESENTACIÓN
Debes elaborar una carta de presentacion o de interes, consigna tus datos personales y los
del remitente, es sumamente importante que la carta describa el tipo de oportunidad
laboral que estas solicitando.
Tip: no escribas más de 2 parrafos menos texto es mejor.
PASO 3 CONTACTE EMPRESAS
Ingresa a la pagina del gobierno, atravez de este link https://seasonaljobs.dol.gov/es y busca empresas que ofrezcan
oportunidades de trabajo y envia tu CV y Carta de Presentacion puedas, insiste todos los
dias, envia cuantos correos puedas no importa si son 100 o 1,000 una puerta se abrira y
estarás a 1 paso de cumplir tu sueño de trabajar con estatus legal en los Estados Unidos.
Tip: envia cuantos correos electronicos puedas ponte metas diarias.
PASO 4 ENTREVISTA
Si has llegado a este paso felicidades, es muy probable que debas realizar una entrevista,
preparate para dar a conocer todas tus habilidades y dejar en claro porque te deben
contratar, al finalizar la entrevista envia una carta agradeciendo el interes de la empresa
en contratarte.
Tip: envia carta de agradecimiento.
Cumplidos estos pasos y cuando una empresa ofrezca una oferta de empleo firme, tu
futuro empleador deberá presentar el formulario I-129 al USCIS, con esto la empresa está
comunicando al gobierno estadounidense que solicita tus servicios y se inicia la solicitud
de visa de trabajo.
